My husband is a chilli fanatic. Here is a recipe he created:
The Pipe Major’s Sheralilli
Pour 1 litre of medium Cream Sherry into a clean glass jar.
Add 1 Jalapeno chilli, cut in half lengthwise. Do not remove seeds.
Cover and infuse. Check every 12 hours until desired heat has been achieved.
Drain through sieve, pour into a nice bottle and enjoy !
