Smoked Chillies

Ingredients:
- 1 kg of chillies(any sort)
- 250 gram garlic
Cut all chillies length wise and remove all seeds
Peel garlic
Place all the chillies and garlic on a sif (tray)
Place in a smoker and smoke for 2 hrs
After smoking let it cool off
Put in to a food processor on high speed and process it till it becomes a paste.
The add in equal amounts of lowfat yogurt, tomato sauce, and olive oil in a bowl and blend well.
Store in fridge and use whenever needed.
Good with any food,specailly with seafood and pork.
Very good with breakfast after a late night.
