This is an excellent recipe

I tried this one, found it to be excellent. I used up an excess of chillies, just mincing all of them together.
As I like hot relish I left the seeds in and yes, it is Hot! My son gave me a very hot relish from Byron Bay that he couldn't eat and this one beats that easily.
I will do another batch with a milder chilli and no seeds so others can enjoy the recipe as well.
