Simon's Chillies In New Zealand

Hi Everybody

Here's some of my chillies. I'm in Upper Hutt, New Zealand.

This year I'm growing all from seed:

Jalapenos (from carefully selected seeds from last year's crop)
Red and Orange Habanero Chilli
Fataali Chilli
Bhut Jolokia Chilli
Thai Bird's Eye Chilli

Here's a photo of some of them I took yesterday when I got them out of the backyard hothouse to do some fertilising.

I'm hoping to have some excellent sauces going here.
