As many of you know I used to run a food manufacturing and distribution business here in Perth and the majority of my products were chilli sauces.

During that time I also put together and held the Chilli Sauce Appreciation Course at the University of Western Australia. This involved discussing many of the chilli sauce styles from around the world and what makes them unique from each other. We also tasted different styles and ingredients throughout the course which was a great way to really appreciate the course material.

I'm now out of the sauce business and have no business connections or obligations to any manufacturer.

So the reviews I write up here are done simply because it's what I like doing. As a result they're in-depth and honest - if it's a crap sauce, I'll say that and if it's a great sauce, that's what I'll tell you.
