Looks like Pequin or Bird's Eye but I thing the former is closest, my son in law grows them and despite their small size they pack a powerful punch (100,000-150,000)SHU! I love them and he told me they were Bird's Eye but on closer inspection the tip is more rounded like a Pequin not pointy like Bird's Eye. Hope this Helps!
