G'day Everybody

For those who are curious, Pectin is a naturally occuring product in some fruit, that acts like gelatin.

It's readily available in Aussie supermarkets, and I imagine elsewhere as well. One of the best known brands in Oz is Jamsetta (yes, it's used to make jam set).
