I enjoy eating chilli's and as we all have done, I began to grow some plants and now I have too many to consume for myself. I read up on pickling them and I saw this web site and followed your recipe with wonderful results.

In the picture attached is a jar (far left) from my first batch (eight weeks old) and three jars on the right from a batch I made today. They consist of Cayenne and Jalapeno chilli's.

I'll be giving these away to family and friends.
