Dehydrators are a great way to preserve your chillies and a thousand other food items and we believe they are money well spent.

Ours have been used for everything from drying chillies and vegetables though to making our own jerky or biltong.

This page is not going to have have comparative tests of different dehydrators to tell you which one is the best.
