Chilli Fish Barbeque

(Republic of South Africa)

1kg or more raw fish (barracuda)(hardes west coast sardine type of fish)or any raw fish

Place fish in a plastic back ad 2 table spoons dry crushed chillies with 1 table spoon brown sugar

Shake well left for 2hrs +(preferbly over night)

Use a meduim heat fire (braai)(barbeque)
put fish on 3-4 minutes per side and there you have chilli fish barbequed !

It goes well with garlic bread or baked sweet potatoes.
