The recipe continues to evolve. I am trying to get my Chilli to taste like a packet mix I have tried in the past from Buda Texas from DL Jardines. They have one called "Texas Chili Works". This is my all time favourite Chilli.
They will not send to Australia anymore which is a real shame as they have a great product.

We love our chillies, and chillie con carne. Some MSG is naturally occuring,but the chemical additive, MSG, monosodium glutimate is a known carcinogen, lab rats get cancer when fed it. When shopping, we read all ingrediant lists, and do not buy foods that have added MSG.

Have made it myself and loved it, though of course my heat tolerance is nowhere near yours.
