Chilli Chocolate on Fillet

Ingredients:
- 600g of Fillet (Scotch Fillet - Beef)
- Course ground black pepper
- slab of chocolate 100g
- 2-6 chillis, finely sliced fresh or ground dry
- dash of salt
- 100ml of cream
Method
Break up the chocolate and put in microwave for 60 secs, let it cool a bit , stir it till it is smooth.
Add chilli , salt and cream while stirring.
Heat oven to 180°C (350°F)
Roll the fillet in course black beeper to taste.
Wrap fillet in tin foil.
Place in oven;
- rare 10-15 minutes
- medium 15-20 minutes
ServingSlice fillet about 20mm wide
Pour or spoon the chocolate sauce on to fillet
Devour it !
