Breakfast for the morning-after-the-night-before (or whenever you are feeling delicate)

Ingredients
- Eggs
- Pickled sliced Jalapeno Chillies
- Grated cheese - chedddar or similar strong tasting cheese
- Sliced onions
- Frankfurter Sausages
- Sliced, cooked potatoes - tinned potatoes are perfect
- Salt and pepper
- Tortilla wraps
Preparation = 10 mins
Cooking time = approx 15 mins
Method
1. Fry onions until soft
2. Add sliced frankfurters and potatoes and cook until slightly browned
3. Add Jalapeno chillies - as many as the sore head can take
4. Add beaten eggs and season - cook until scrambled
6. Whilst waiting for eggs to cook, warm tortillas in the microwave
7. Place grated cheese on top of the tortilla followed by scrambled egg mixture.
7. Roll up the tortilla and enjoy - you will soon feel better ;o}
