BOLIVIAN RAINBOW

by Jackie Miller
(Brisbane)

Bolivian Rainbow

Bolivian Rainbow

Until the age of 55 I was afraid of chillies.

Now I can't believe I've spent most of my life gingerly measuring powdered chilli into recipes that insisted on it.

I won't wax lyrical about my metamorphosis, except to say that I'm now a confirmed Chilli-Head.

I grew this Bolivian Rainbow (pictured) in Brisbane last year along with about 20 other chilli varieties, and I'm constantly amazed by the range of flavours and subtle undertones each chilli brings to cooking.

Thanks,
Jackie M
