Black Chilli Paste

Ingredients:
- chillies
- low baking tray
- garlic
- olive oil
Cook the chillies on a slow heat until chillies are dark brown.
Add garlic at any point then grind into a paste - I used a blender.
I used a variety of chillies from my garden ,no specific rules on variety.
Can be used cold or added in to a meal ,after the meal is cooked ! it worked.
If i can replicate it again ...
